    June sales of single-family homes increased by 11.0%
    WASHINGTON -- New-home sales soared in June from the previous month,
    the third increase in a row and supplying fresh evidence the housing
    market is beginning to recover from its long crisis.

    Sales of single-family homes increased by 11.0% to a seasonally
    adjusted annual rate of 384,000 compared to the prior month, the
    Commerce Department said Monday. Though, year-over-year, new-home
    sales were 21.3% lower than the level in June 2008.

    Tools.zip updated January of 2008!
    You can now create Lot, Tract, ROW, and Boundary area tables directly in CAD using TBL1.vlx. We have also added the ability update line and curve numbers when combining multiple parcels. API Menu has been updated so the layer management menu works with translated layers in addition to Automated Platting's layer names.

    LandXML for Automated Platting Base Files Released!
    Users can now request a free LandXML compatible file for their current base at any time. The LandXML file contains CoGo Points as well as Parcel and Alignment data that can be imported into any XML compatible software package(ArcGIS, Carlson, Land Desktop, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD Map to name a few). We have also released the LandXML Modifier which is available under our downloads section.

    Automated Lot Fit Analysis Service Release
    Builders are invited to submit building footprints now to be logged into our system. Once plans are logged into our system a lot fit can be completed in as little as 24 hours.
